At Verdan & Co, we are committed to delivering high-quality botanical design pieces and a seamless shopping experience. This policy explains the conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Request Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or report an issue with your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Be returned in original packaging with all included components

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Custom or special-order products (if applicable)

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)

  • Gift cards

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Supporting photos

Once confirmed, we will offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full or partial refund

In approved defect cases, Verdan & Co will cover any necessary return shipping.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method

Verdan & Co is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

7. Alternative Resolutions

In some cases, we may offer an alternative solution instead of a return, such as:

  • A replacement product

  • Partial refund

  • Store credit

These solutions are offered at our sole discretion and are considered a final resolution once accepted.
